Originally I wanted to use ballet shoes and ribbons on my logo but then I realised that within my movie I do not want the only style in the movie to be ballet and I felt that the ballet logo would imply that. I then remembered the film "Step Up 3" where within the film has a saying "born from a boombox" or as they call it "BFABB" in the film. I felt that this saying related to what my film is about and so I felt that a boombox would be a reasonable icon to use for my logo.

On my drawn ideas I have written "Boombox Studios" I wanted to call it this as I wanted to interpret the idea of a dance studio in the logo name but in the end I felt that "Boombox Productions" sounds more professional. When making my mood board I found many dance silhouettes which I liked so I decided to use them on my final logo. I wanted to use a ballerina as well as a break dancer to show that my film has a variety of dance styles.

I was very proud with my final logo design as I am not very good with photoshop yet I managed to come up with my logo.
